Administrator

Job Introduction

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team in a full-time, hybrid role based in Staffordshire. You'll support our operations team with administrative tasks in a busy environment where multitasking and organisation are essential.

Role Responsibility

  • Input and update Cypad with menus, medical diets, and theme day menus
  • General administration of Cypad
  • Manage parent and client queries regarding meal ordering and payments
  • Handle parent and client complaints
  • Print, email, and upload menus

The Ideal Candidate

We seek someone who shares our passion for excellent service and maintaining high standards, with the following qualifications:

  • Previous administration experience
  • GCSEs in Maths & English: Grade A-C/9-4
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with Excel, Word, and Google
  • Self-motivation, creativity, and initiative
  • Experience with Cypad is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.

  • Hours: 35 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
  • Salary: £23,000 per annum
